POLO Counsellor placement + online training + handholding
– Per month Rs.30,000 + GST 18% per month
- Counsellor will be provided by Voxdemy. Training is free and 2 years
contract .

Role of a counsellor

School counsellor play a multifaceted role in supporting the academic, social, and
emotional development of students. Their responsibilities include:
1. Resolving conflicts between students, teachers, and parents.
2. Facilitating personal problem-solving and counselling.
3. Promoting a positive school life.
4. Generating or supporting school-wide interventions.
5. Creating and delivering research-based school counselling programs.
6. Improving the overall functioning of the school, teaching, and school
work.
7. Acting as a mediator between students, teachers, and administration.
8. Collaborating with school staff and supporting the school organization
and teaching/learning process.
9. Data analysis to identify student issues, needs, and challenges.
10.Acting as systems change agent to increase opportunities for all students.
11.Identifying students' abilities, interests, and career aspirations.
